Allison has resided in Ottawa for more than 20 years and has lived in the Glebe for 18 years. She brings with her an extensive operational and human resource management background in large corporations, where client focus was always the priority. After her extensive Human Resource career, Allison obtained her Bachelor of Education degree, supporting her belief in continuous learning. Allison brings to Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd. a pleasant disposition, organizational skills and strong work ethic, which are key in providing our clients with a pleasant service experience.
<p>Stuart's quest for detail in both his personal artistic endeavours and as Marketing and IT Coordinator for Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd is never ending. His Real Estate industry and company knowledge provide Stuart with the tools he needs to ensure all marketing has a lasting impact. Stuart's focus is on the creation and updating of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, newspapers, billboards as well as special promotions and charitable events. He is also responsible for the implementation and updating of all social media streams for Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd.</p>
Brian Wilson was raised in Ottawa and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University in 1993. He then went to law school at the University of Toronto and obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 1996. He was called to the Bar in 1998 and has been practicing law in Ottawa ever since. Up until 2013, Brian practiced law with Farah & Associates but in 2013, he purchased the firm and is now continuing to practice under the name Brian Wilson Law. Brian's areas of practice include residential real estate (house purchases and sales and refinancing), commercial real estate, commercial matters for small businesses (such as the purchase and sale of a business, negotiating commercial leases, drafting contracts, creating and setting up corporations, etc.), business related civil litigation as well as wills and estates. Brian has a spouse and 2 young children. In his spare time, Brian plays hockey in the winter and is an avid mountain biker in the summer. Brian is also a long time director of the Ottawa Mountain Bike Association, working to preserve and enhance various mountain bike trail networks in the Ottawa region.
