Real estate is in Jonathan’s blood. He can remember going to open houses with his Realtor grandmother when he was just four years old and has always followed the industry. Although he initially thought of being police officer – his father is chief in nearby Gananoque – a job in retail sales showed him how much he enjoyed providing superior customer service, prompting him to join his aunt, Tracy Arnett. Like others in his family, he has been gifted with the ability to make his clients feel at home thanks in part to his small-town upbringing. His attention to detail and to his clients needs extends well past the closing of the deal. As a prior competitive hockey player, he shares his passion on the ice as a volunteer coach for minor hockey.

"Working with Jonathan made an incredibly complex process seem easy. Jonathan was extremely helpful and supportive of our home buying process and quite literally made himself available to us at all hours of the day for questions, meetings, home visits, and paperwork. He took all of this in stride and provided comforting and knowledgeable expertise throughout the process. He has a great knack for working with people, both clients and other agents, to get just what you need. Even when faced with a couple curve balls, Jonathan made sure the negotiating process was smooth and stress-free for us, which made a world of difference. He understood our needs and timeline well and stuck with these throughout. A fantastic agent and great guy to work with!"
